Metropolitan Line from central London, Watford, Chesham and Amersham.

By bus:
183 from Golders Green
H11 from Northwood and Harrow-on-the-Hill

The nearest car park is in Love Lane, one minute’s walk from OME.

Facilities in Pinner

OME is located in Pinner, which is a suburb of London.  Pinner is a small town with a friendly atmosphere, and it is only half an hour by tube from central London.

OME is on Bridge Street, which is a main street in Pinner, near Pinner underground station.  A variety of bars, shops, restaurants and a park are nearby. 

Shops
There is a variety of shops in Pinner. 
Supermarkets:  Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl.

Banks
Natwest, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds TSB, Santander and Halifax all have branches in Pinner.

Cafes and Restaurants
There are many cafes and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines from English to Italian, Greek, Turkish, Indian etc.  The most popular with students are Starbucks, Caffe Nero, Silver Grill Café and Paphos Restaurant.

Pubs
There are three pubs in the centre of Pinner, and more pubs nearby.  All pubs offer drinks, tea and coffee, and reasonably priced meals and snacks.

Students can register with a local doctor. On some occasions fees may be payable for non-European Union Students.

Students can register with a local dentist. Fees may be payable.

Non-European students may have to register with the Overseas Visitors’ Record Office, which is at Brandon, 180 Borough High Street, London SE1 1LH, tel: 020 7230 1208.  A fee is payable.  The nearest tube station is Borough.

How to get to Pinner from the airport

Heathrow is the airport nearest to Pinner, and is about half an hour away from Pinner by taxi. 
The most usual routes by public transport from the airports around London are:

From Heathrow Airport:  Approximate cost £6
Take the Underground:  Piccadilly line to Rayners Lane, then H12 bus from Rayners Lane to Pinner  or Take Bus 140 from Heathrow to Harrow, then bus H11 or 183 from Harrow to Pinner.

From Stansted Airport: Approximate cost £14
Take the National Express bus A4 or A6 to Golders Green Bus Station, then 183 bus to Pinner.

From Gatwick Airport: Approximate cost £20
Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria, then Underground:  Victoria line to King’s Cross, then change to the Metropolitan line to Pinner.

From Luton Airport: Approximate cost £13
Take the Luton-Airport shuttle bus from outside the terminal at Bay 1 to Luton Airport Parkway Station.  Then take the train (First Capital Connect) to Hendon station.  Then take the 183 bus to Pinner.
Or take the Easy Bus to Finchley Road, then take the tube - Metropolitan Line - to Pinner.
